Mercat Cross is committed to ensuring the health and safety of its employees, clients, contractors and members of the public who may be affected by our operations. The co-operation and partnership of everyone is essential in achieving the health and safety performance.

However, Mercat Cross is a development company only. As such, while under construction, our development sites (and, therefore, associated health and safety issues) will be under the control and responsibility of the main contractor and their health and safety rules will apply.

Home buyers may be permitted to visit a development or property under construction, if escorted and by appointment only. We will provide necessary information, instruction and supervision. Visitors are personally responsible for adhering to all health and safety procedures and signs.

We will regularly review our health and safety policy in its effectiveness and will undertake to amend and improve it if necessary.
